The Municipal Courts core values are Independence, Integrity, Fairness and Quality of Service. Municipal Courts are statutory courts of limited jurisdiction. Proceedings include all matters within their statutory jurisdiction including:

• Disorderly Persons Offenses
• Petty Disorderly Persons Offenses
• Motor Vehicle Violations
• County and Municipal Ordinance Offenses
• Fish & Game Violations
• Boating Law Violations and all other proceedings in which jurisdiction is granted.
