Wilson Memorial Community Center is open Monday - Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Please note, additional hours of operation and/or timeframe modifications are made based on programs, meetings, or activities that are being held.) The Highlands Recreation Department is seeking to expand recreational, leisure, and other program opportunities within the community.
